Biography
Edith Cristina Laignier Cazedey has completed her PhD at the age of 31 years from Universidade Estadual Paulista (School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo State, Brazil) and postdoctoral studies from Federal University of Alfenas (Minas Gerais, Brazil). She has experience in Quality Control, mainly in Development of analytical methods. Areas of emphasis include HPLC, LC-MS, MS/MS, UV-VIS spectrophotometry, titrimetry. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at Faculty of Pharmacy of Federal University of Bahia, Salvador, Brazil, teaching at Pharmacy undergraduation course (FacFar- UFBA-Brazil) and at Pharmaceutical Sciences postgraduation course (FacFar- UFBA-Brazil). Edith is coordinator of School of Pharmacy since September 2014 and contributor as reviewer to the journals: Advances in Pharmaceutics, International Journal of Pharmaceutics, Journal of AOAC International, Infarma (BrasÃlia, Brazil), Analytical Letters, AAPS PharmSciTech, Analytical Methods, Revista de Ciências Farmacêuticas Básica e Aplicada (Brazil), Journal of the Brazilian Chemical Society, Critical Reviews in Analytical Chemistry.
